ND Group Development
For over 20 years, the Ukrainian developer company “Novyi Dim” has been implementing projects that create high-quality living spaces in various cities across the country. During this time, we have designed, constructed, and commissioned hundreds of thousands of square meters of real estate and successfully completed dozens of development projects of varying complexity.
We think beyond individual buildings. Our approach is comprehensive development, with people, comfort, infrastructure, and the long-term value of the environment at its core. That is why we continuously evolve and never settle for what has already been achieved.
In 2019, in response to the company’s growth, ambitious strategic goals, and geographic expansion, we entered the international market by starting operations in the Czech Republic. The next step was a complete brand overhaul, and in 2020 we continued our journey as ND Group Development — a next-level development company focused on sustainable growth and modern European standards.
